Spain registry announced two major changes regarding renewals of .es domains. First one is especially important for present owners. New is, that domains which will not be renewed by expiry date, will stay active for 10 days. After that period the domain will be deleted and become available for registration again. Moreover, registration/renewal of .es domains is now possible for 10 year' s term (prior 1-5 years only).
